How to Find Us

Our Postcode is BN45 7FJ but please don’t rely on your sat nav systems for the very last part of your journey! Read the details below and refer to the map and you’ll find life a lot easier.

Coming from the North (London, Gatwick, M25):

We are 5 miles North of Brighton, just off the main A23 London to Brighton Rd.
Turn off the A23, signposted Hassocks (A273) at (A).
Turn right at the end of the slip road (B).
Drive along the road, pass under the bridge and go past the Plough pub on your left (C). Pyecombe village is also on your left.
You then come to what appears to be a large ‘T’ junction with the A273.
Pangdean Farm drive is STRAIGHT ACROSS from you (D) at this junction.
Look out for the green and white Pangdean signs directly opposite you.
Carefully cross both lanes of traffic and enter the farm drive.
Carry straight on down the drive for 400m, past various barns, into the main farmyard, pass the farmhouse and park in the parking area beyond the house.

Coming from Hassocks, Burgess Hill, Ditchling on A273, heading South:

Come down Clayton Hill on A273 as if heading to Brighton, pass the entrance to Pyecombe Golf Club on your left (E) and take the NEXT LEFT just as the road begins to widen out. Look out for the green and white Pangdean signs. Turn left into our farm drive. Carry straight on down the drive for 400m, past various barns, into the main farmyard, pass the farmhouse and park in the parking area beyond the house.

Coming From the South, Brighton, A27, Patcham:

You will be heading North towards Gatwick on the A23. The road is 3 lanes wide. The left hand lane becomes the A273 to Hassocks/Burgess Hill. Stay in the left hand lane, the A273. Robbo’s café is on your right, you pass under a small bridge (X) and then go under an underpass (under the A23) marked (Y) on the map. About 100m after you emerge blinking into the daylight from the underpass there is an opening in the central reservation (Z), and a left turn to London. You need to TURN RIGHT into our farm drive (D) at this junction. Please take great care in so doing. Look out for the green and white Pangdean signs. Carry straight on down the drive for 400m, past various barns, into the main farmyard, pass the farmhouse and park in the parking area beyond the house.
