Nicky Currie – Owner and very much a hands-on manager. She has been a caterer all her working life and set up in business on her own account with Hunger Pangs in 1990. Nicky is involved in all aspects of a function but takes particular responsibility for the work of the kitchens, the food produced and the precise timing required for every event. Her long experience helps her to offer sound advice at the planning stages of every celebration and her input can help maximise the success of any party.

Michael Phelan – Michael is the Events Manager. A working lifetime in restaurants and hotels has been a perfect grounding for managing the considerable logistics involved at any event we cater, be it at Pangdean or at any other venue. Michael’s delight is to ensure the smooth running of every event with which we are involved. On the day of your event Michael will act very much in the role of informal toastmaster for you to ensure that all runs smoothly for you.

Peter McKenzie – Nicky Currie’s partner. A lifetime in service industries with the past 16 years in hospitality. Mainly involved in the backroom activities of the business he keeps a watching brief on all aspects of Pangdean and Hunger Pangs.
