We are very proud of our venue. We love showing potential guests around and talking through what might be achieved.


But first we would like to email you details of our pricing structure so you might see how it fits with your budget. Please do send us an email to


Viewing is by appointment only, usually on a Saturday, when we are set up for a wedding reception though other days/times may be available by arrangement and we will try and fit in with you if we possibly can.  Viewings are not possible on a Sunday unless we already have an event on that day.


Before booking a viewing

Please have a good look at our website, particularly the FAQs as you’ll find most of your initial questions answered here.

Once you’ve requested an email from the office with our pricing options please contact the office to set up a viewing appointment.  It’s a good idea at this point to check if your preferred date is available, as we take bookings sometimes over 2 years in advance.

A viewing usually takes about an hour. An experienced member of our team will show you around the venue and answer your questions.

You will then need time to reflect on all we have to offer but please don’t hesitate to call us anytime afterwards to speak with Nicky and discuss the options.

Please note that most Sat Nav systems struggle to show the entrance to our farm. While our actual Postcode is BN45 7FJ is our correct address, BN45 7FN seems to work rather better on most systems. Please print off a copy of the map from the Map & Directions page  and read the driving instructions too!

Once you have viewed Pangdean and decided that you’d like to make a booking, please contact our office to discuss your preferred dates.  Please do also feel free to telephone to speak with Nicky and we will email you a quotation based on your approximate numbers.


Once you are happy with the quotation and wish to confirm your booking, we will ask for a non-refundable and non transferrable deposit to secure the date (please refer to our Terms & Conditions).

We will schedule a full wedding meeting with Nicky and one of our events team around seven months before your wedding.  At the meeting, usually in the farmhouse over a cup of tea and slice of home-made cake, we will go through every aspect of your event. This should leave you convinced that you are in safe and capable hands and all will go smoothly for you!


We will then work with you to refine the details. You are, of course, able to revisit the venue by appointment (you are welcome to bring friends or family if that’s useful to you), and you may, of course, further discuss your needs then.


Five months before your wedding, we will ask you to pay 85% of the total remaining estimated cost. This will then leave you to settle the remaining balance within 7 days after the event.
