Using only the finest, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients from our trusted suppliers, they have curated mouth-watering menus we are sure you'll love.   

Their combined talents, creativity and passion shines through in every dish, which includes like-for-like meals to cater for any dietary requirement.

Bespoke or House-Favourites

Served plates, sharing platters, luxury buffets, street food and more - you decide.

At your first wedding meeting we will talk you through every option. Our chefs are always happy to discuss new and exciting menu ideas. Maybe you have a favourite recipe or a specific region or culture's cuisine you would like to showcase on your big day. 

If you want to take the pressure off, we have a delectable range of menus for you to peruse. From a host of international flavours and spices, to traditional European. Maybe you wish to go fully plant-based or prefer a range of meats cooked over flame on our barbecue - there is something to tempt all palates.

Canapès

Whether you're holding your wedding ceremony at Pangdean or elsewhere, you'll typically start your reception with drinks and canapès. Platter after freshly made platter will be served to your guests as they start to mingle with a glass of something in hand - enjoying the stunning views over the South Downs in our manicured gardens - weather permitting. 

 

For autumn and winter receptions, or in less clement weather, you can make use of our covered inner and outer courtyard areas and 'stable room' with sumptuous sofa scene. 

You will choose a selection of four types of canapè, all of which are generous in size and quantity. You need not worry about your guests' dietary requirements either, as they will be catered for individually.

Allergen Awareness

At Pangdean Barn we cater for all dietary requirements, creating bespoke dishes to suit the needs of our guests. While our kitchens cannot be made 'allergen free', often using ingredients including the 14 main allergens: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, and tree nuts, our highly skilled chef teams are fully trained in food preparation and cookery to create dishes supplementing these items to ensure the safety of our diners. Our Front of House and Management teams are also trained in allergen awareness, following rigorous systems in the planning of all events and service of food to avoid cross contamination.
