Nicky, a graduate of the renowned Tante Marie cookery school in 1990, has dedicated her career to creating exceptional culinary experiences. Her early years were spent catering for events in prestigious settings such as stately homes, private residences, and offices. Drawing on this expertise, she transformed her family farm, Pangdean, into a highly sought-after venue for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations.

Nicky lives in the Pangdean Farmhouse with her daughters, Anna and Ella, along with their dogs, Jasper and Mollie, and several ponies that graze in the surrounding fields, adding charm to the picturesque setting
